Refund policy

No refunds

Payments are not refunded, and the rest of a year is not refunded if you stop using it. Every problem, hint and explanation is free, and so is the first chapter of Machine Learning and of AI Engineering, so you can try Algo150 before you pay.

Access starts as soon as you pay. By buying, you ask for it to start at once and accept that you give up any right to withdraw from the purchase for a refund, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and the UK.

Nothing renews

A year is one payment. It is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel: your card is never charged again, and the year ends by itself on the day the payment email gives.

A payment taken by mistake

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, write to [email protected] from the email address of your Algo150 account. That payment is returned through Flitt, our payment provider, to the card you paid with; your bank may take a few days to show it.

Your rights by law

If the law where you live gives you a refund that cannot be given up, this policy does not take it away.
